Special Minerals ICL company signs a shared agreement with Chinese Battery Metals Promer Shenzhen to establish Lithium Ilithium Ilithhen Phosphate Material (LFP) Production in Europe.
JV will have the first investment of about 285 million. The new center on the ICL site in the Sallent, currently in Spain in the planning phase and will increase the business battery business.
The ICL generated a potash in the front place and will return to 25 acres of available global acres. There is an option to add to increase the site, very close to LFP battery plants. The ICL will have 80% share at the center.
“This JV matches Dynanic and ICL goals and receives our individual strengths, as we want to participate in Lithium-ion battery formation in Europe,” said Wangbao Ren, Dynanonic VP. “Establishing the Spanish project broaden our existence in the European market, while reassuring to be close to customers.”
