Damon works as a Data Systems Manager within the Plug Service Group. He leads the enterprise data infrastructure that supports both GenFuel and GenDrive operations. His work includes overseeing power generation network control systems, condition-based monitoring platforms, analytics facilities, and the GenDrive fuel data ecosystem. Damon also manages a service data portal that evolves into a next-generation Resource Service Management platform, helping to improve uptime, security, and efficiency across the hydrogen network.
From Technology Integration to Hydrogen Infrastructure
Damon came to Plug with a background in technology integration and troubleshooting. After owning and operating his own business, he experienced the transition from analog to digital control systems firsthand. Designing and installing those systems gave him a deep understanding of both field operations and system architecture. Travel Memories
Damon loves family vacations and the stories that come from them. Another trip stands out, from Kentucky to Myrtle Beach in a motorhome. As the engine revs and it backs down the highway, Damon and his cousins laugh uncontrollably in the back of the camper. He may not remember much about the beach itself, but he still remembers the ride. For Damon, it's a reminder that sometimes the best memories come from unexpected moments on the road.
