The new Genesis GV70 EV has been spotted for the first time ahead of delivery

Genesis is upgrading its premium electric SUV with more styling, a bigger battery, and a refined interior. It comes with a NACS port for access to Tesla Superchargers. As delivery approaches, the new Genesis Electrified GV70 has been seen in public for the first time. Check out the updated EV in the video below.

Less than a month after Genesis unveiled the updated Electrified GV70 at the LA Auto Show, we're getting our first public look at the new EV.

According to Genesis North America COO Claudia Márquez, the new GV70 EV has “all the utility and interior refinement of a great SUV” with the brand's signature drive and stylish design.

Genesis has refined the exterior design with a redesigned G-Matrix Crest Grille. The dual-row signature headlights feature microlens array (MLA) technology for better visibility. You may also notice that the updated model gains a larger air intake, which adds to its already sporty appearance.

The rear has also been tweaked with new turn signals to match the revised two-line headlamps. You can also choose from redesigned 19″ and 21″ wheels.

Genesis gave us a preview last month, but we're getting a better look at what to expect after the new GV70 EV is seen in public for the first time.

Video from people at HealerTV reveals the updated design of the Genesis Electrified GV70 from front to back. You can see the new head and tail lights while the stylish Crest Grille stands out on the face. Overall, the electric SUV retains its sleek silhouette and sporty look with minor improvements.

Last week, we got our first look at the refined interior. The already luxurious interior now has a large 27″ OLED integrated driver and infotainment display.

An advanced voice recognition system allows you to control various settings such as HVAC controls or window adjustments. The EV model differs from the electric GV70 with ambient mood lighting and marble-like design features.
