Appointment of a New President
Plug CEO, Andy Marsh, announced that Sanjay Shrestha, the company's former Chief Strategy Officer and General Manager, Energy Solutions, will assume the role of President while Andy Marsh retains the position of CEO. In his new role as President, Sanjay will be responsible for key strategic execution of Plug's business to establish a clear path to profitability with a strong focus on achieving the Company's 2025 goals.
