From Fuel Tacker Assembly to New Product Introduction
Tracy joined the plug in January 2022 as a production technician when the Henrietta facility was under construction. After gaining valuable experience at the Fuel Tacker meeting, he moved to a new product team. Today, he works with engineers to build, test, and deploy new products over time.
How did you get the power plug?
The plug was found by advertising through the Innovation Center in Henrietta. At that time, he was looking for a job that offered growth, challenge, and purpose. After researching the plug mission and learning about their role in building a clean future, she knew it was the right place for her.
A special family moment
One of Tracy's most memorable experiences was working with her mother and daughter at a previous job. It was the first time that three generations worked for the same company, and the experience brought them closer together. For Tracy, it was a sobering reminder that collaboration and shared values can make any job more profitable.
Facing Difficult Challenges
Tracy remembers 2023 as a difficult year when a cyberattack disrupted operations. At that time, he was on the fuel assembly team, and the situation required quick thinking and communication. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys being outside, whether it's hiking, hunting, doing yard work, or spending time with loved ones cooking on the weekend. He is spontaneous and believes in living more, laughing often, and loving endlessly.
