GM's new three-row electric SUV is about to hit the world stage. After introducing its new Vistiq electric SUV, Cadillac “continues to set the standard for American luxury.” Here's our first look at the “mini Escalade,” including pricing and specs.
“With the addition of VISTIQ, Cadillac will be one of the only brands to offer EV entry into the entire luxury SUV segment,” Cadillac Global vice president John Roth said Tuesday.
The Vistiq is a three-row electric SUV that will sit between the Lyriq and the larger Escalade IQ. A “little Escalade,” if you will. Like its bigger sibling, the Escalde IQ, the mid-size SUV has Cadillac's shiny new theme.
One of the first things you'll notice is the bright instripe grille at the front, indicating the SUV's EV-like status. The Vistiq also features the brand's signature headlamps and taillights, while the premium trims get a Black Crystal Shield.
Inside, the Vistiq is “designed to provide passengers with ample space in all three rows.” It is also loaded with high-end technology and features, including a large 33″ LED infotainment screen.
Even third-row passengers get padded seats, cupholders, storage space for their phones, and USB chargers.
Cadillac unveils Vistiq three-row electric SUV
The SUV has a 23-speaker AKG premium audio system with Dolby Atmos for an “immersive 3D experience.” It comes with advanced safety and driver assistance technologies, such as GM's Super Cruise, Blind Zone Steering Assist, Bicyclist Alert, and Forward Collision Alert as standard.
For an even safer drive, you can choose the available Night Vision, which uses infrared sensors to detect people or animals in your path.
Powered by a 102 kWh battery pack, Cadillac expects the electric SUV to offer more than 300 miles. With up to 615 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque, the “mini Escalade” can hit 0 to 60 mph in 3.7 seconds (with Velocity Max).

At 205.6″ long, 79.7″ wide, and 71″ tall, with a 121.8″ wheelbase, the Vistiq is slightly longer than the Rivian R1S at 201″ long. However, it is shorter than the R1S by 77″ in length.
Cadillac will sell the Vistiq worldwide, including in the US and Canada. Production will begin in early 2025 at GM's Spring Hill, TN manufacturing facility.
The Cadillac Vistiq SUV will be available in Luxury, Sport, and Premium Luxury models. GM says a Platinum trim with additional performance features and design options will be introduced in the summer of 2025.
