The updated 2025 Porsche Taycan EV, with more range, performance, and fast charging, has just received three new variants. With 13 models now available, the Porsche Taycan lineup has an option for almost everyone.
“We are continuing this success story with the comprehensively revised Taycan,” said Kevin Giek, head of the Taycan range, after launching the revised 2025 Taycan in February.
The new model is an improvement in almost every aspect. It's faster than ever, can drive longer on each charge, and even charges faster to get you back on the road. It even gained a smart new style, adding to its already sporty design.
In March, Porsche unveiled the 1,092 hp Taycan Turbo GT, its fastest street-legal car yet. With the Weissach Package, the electric horse can hit 0 to 60 mph in just 2.1 seconds.
The Taycan Turbo GT won at Weathertech Raceway Laguna Seca earlier this year. With a breakaway time of 1:27:87, Porsche took the title back from Tesla's Model S Plaid (with track pack).

Porsche is introducing three new Taycan EVs for 2025
Now, Porsche is expanding its lineup with three new Taycan models hitting the market. On Tuesday, Porsche unveiled the new Taycan GTS, GTS Sport Turismo, and new AWD Taycan 4 models.
“With the wide range of Taycan, we meet a wide range of customer wishes and transportation needs. Our three latest models are an example of this amazing range,” said Giek during the launch.

The new Taycan GTS builds on the “model-integrated success story” of the Porsche Gran Turismo Sport. It packs up to 690 hp (with Launch Control), 100 hp more than the previous model, and is available in sedan or Sport Turismo form.

The new Electric Sport Sound system sets the GTS variant apart from other Taycan models. Porsche said the added feature “does justice to the exciting character of the GTS.” The new model can hit 0 to 60 mph in just 3.1 seconds.

The Taycan 4 Cross Turismo is for those who want performance and efficiency. Depending on the battery (Normal Performance or High Battery Performance), the new model can produce up to 429 hp.
With two motors, the new entry-level Taycan 4 offers more control and stability. It also features Porsche Traction Management and Adaptive Air Suspension for that smooth ride you'd expect from a premium model.
